Perfect baked sweet potatoes
-4 sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean
-4 tbsp. Butter
-salt
-black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, prick sweet potatoes all over with a fork.
Bake until tender, 45 to 50minutes
Let cool, then split the tops open with knife and top with a Rotisserie chicken and barbecue sauce
Season with salt and green onion before serving.
