Hot Sauce
Hot peppers are a vegetable that is spicy. Hot peppers are grown in warm soil to germinate, so in all but the hottest climates, start them indoors 40-60 days before transplanting time. Hot peppers are a good ingredient to making Mexican food. It gives the food a kick. You can also make homemade hot sauce/ salsa. I chose homemade hot sauce because I use it a lot at my house and I love spicy food of any kind.
