I think people should support organic farms
First, the word “organic” refers to the way farmers grow and process agricultural products, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products and meat.
Second, “studies have shown small to moderate increases in some nutrients in organic produce. The best evidence of a significant increase is in certain types of flavonoids.” (“Are Organic Foods Worth the Price?” ) This shows that organic produce is shown to be healthier.
Third, compared with conventionally grown produce, organically grown produce has lower detectable levels of pesticide residue. No one wants to be eating chemicals with their foods.
In conclusion, I think people should buy organic food that you can because it’s healthier and safer.
