15 Minute Hot Sauce
Hot peppers are actually not a vegetable but are considered a fruit. They are in the same fruit group as tomatoes, cherries, and eggplant. Most popular hot peppers are mainly grown in very dry and hot areas, like mexico. If they are not grown in a hot sunny environment, then a greenhouse is used. Since these peppers are grown in areas that are hot year round, they can be harvested any time of the year. There is not really a best way to cook hot peppers, since people love them in many different forms. Most hot peppers you will see cooked are either stuffed and roasted, pan seared, eaten raw, or grilled.
